What you’ll be doing:

Zurich Cover-More is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to directly support our Chief Executive Officer. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while supporting business priorities across Zurich Cover-More. You will:

  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, travel, meetings, and day-to-day priorities across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for senior leaders, board-level stakeholders, and internal and external business partners.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, correspondence, and communications for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, governance activities, action tracking, and follow-up to ensure priorities are executed effectively.
  • Support special projects, business reporting, budgeting activities, and operational initiatives while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in a complex corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands and deadlines.
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, board materials, leadership communications, and governance documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering a high level of service.

At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In compliance with local laws, Zurich commits to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education.

 

The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed salary range for this position is $31.68 to $51.88/hr with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
